| Pets - A small dog is permitted under certain conditions at an additional charge of $10/night or | |
| $100/stay for longer stays. | ||
| Telephone & Internet - A telephone is provided for local calls only. N.B.: the internet service is | |
| basic dial-up. | ||

| Payment to be made in cash, by cheque, money order or interac transfer. To secure your | |
| reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay is required. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled up to 2 weeks prior. No refund after that time. (The balance will be refunded if an alternate booking is received for the same period. No refund of the deposit for no shows.) |
