Rates do not include applicable taxes:  GST (5%) & PST (7.5%)
They do include:   housekeeping (provided prior to arrival and after departure only), local phone calls, basic cable TV, high speed
internet service, electricity, snow removal (and other amenities)
Terms, Conditions & Other Information

Check in from 16:00 h   Check out by 11:00 h
Max. occupancy - 5 persons.  Rates are quoted for double occupancy only (for each additional person, add  
$10/night for short-term stays)
Reservations - Call (450)-458-4202 or email (sharon@hudsoncottage.com) with your dates and the number
of people in your party.  Sharon will be happy to provide you with a quote.
No smoking
Pets - A small, well-behaved dog is permitted under certain conditions at an additional charge of $10/night or
$100/stay for longer stays.  A damage deposit may be requested.
Telephone & Internet -  A telephone is provided for local calls only.  High speed internet is provided
Amenities - Please refer to the page which lists amenities . Contact us if you have any questions.
Payment to be made in cash, by cheque, money order or interac transfer.  To secure your reservation, a deposit
equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay is required.   50% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation
is cancelled up to 2 weeks prior.  No refund after that time.  (The balance (less a $25 administration fee) will be
refunded if an alternate booking is received for the same period.  No refund of the deposit for no shows.)  No
refunds for early departures.
